May Good Luck Be Met!

Seeing this as an opportunity to try a new location to spread my creative wings, I intend to explore the possibilities of blogging to their fullest. Always keeping in mind the greater things in life, I will not focus on the minor things...unless if they are, in truth, important, small though they be. Many of the small things that are passed over are things that should have been important, but are eventually lost, even though they should not have been. There are too many important things in life to think of, and the ones that can be related to by all in the human race are those that interest me most.Things that transcend cultures and time.
This blog will be a place of mainly creative outlet, for art, original and fan art. I am first and foremost, and always will be, an artist and a writer. My stories and my art mean the world to me. It's very true that I am just another artist and writer on here, in a network full with innumerable numbers of those with literary and artistic talent. But it's a major part of who I am. I have been writing and drawing since birth. I can't imagine not doing so. I have trust in my love for those parts of me.
I have a wide array of additional interests, which I will not feature greatly on here. I do not really intend for this to be a dairy blog, unless if something particularly interesting or amusing occurs. Yet, I intend to introduce things that I love on here, even if it is just for me to be able to look back on.
Due to my more critical nature that enjoys taking other stories apart and seeing what I love and hate in them, and why, I will feature reviews on different stories from time to time. They may not be reviews on books necessarily. There are many different forms of storytelling, and they all have the power to tell a good and meaningful story that can touch and move people. I will consider all of them, and it is likely that my reviews, as a result, will have great variety.
I also hope to review these stories at least partly from a Catholic perspective. I am a Roman Catholic first and foremost, and I intend to use that perspective to judge the stories, dig deeper into their hidden meanings, and possibly rate them, not just on my own subjective opinion, but also on the teachings and knowledge of this two thousand year-old institution and some of it's most prominent members, in the present and past. Oh, and there will probably be some C.S. Lewis thrown in there for good measure.
As I tend to find a massive variety of things interesting, and like to keep them in a select place for reflection and review, I'll also be using this blog for such purposes too. Who knows what time will bring along.

Here's to happy blogging! Happy Easter to all!
